Once your order has been placed, a member of our team will be in touch to arrange a convenient day and time for installation. We’ll also give you a courtesy call the day before your appointment, just to confirm that everything is still suitable—because we understand how quickly plans can change. If you need to reschedule, we’ll be more than happy to accommodate.
On the day, our professional team will deliver and assemble your furniture with care, placing it exactly where you’d like it. They’ll also be available to provide guidance or answer any questions you may have about your new product.
Once the installation is complete and you’re fully satisfied, our team will remove all packaging for you. If you’d like us to take away any unwanted items at the same time, we can certainly assist with that too.

Delivery Information
At Kidsorium, we are pleased to offer FREE Room of Choice Delivery on all Beds and Furniture.
Unlike many furniture retailers, we do not ship directly from our suppliers warehouses, meaning you will not have heavy pallets dropped outside your front door. Instead, our dedicated in-house delivery team will take care of everything for you from start to finish.
Your furniture will be delivered directly into the room of your choice, ensuring a smooth, stress-free experience with the care and attention your home deserves.
Please ensure that:
- Access routes are clear and suitable for delivery
- Someone is available to accept the delivery on the agreed date
- Any parking or access restrictions are communicated in advance
Returns Policy
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photographs of the issue
- A brief description of the fault or damage
We will assess the issue promptly and arrange a suitable resolution, which may include replacement parts, repair, or a replacement item where appropriate.
