All LIFETIME Kidsrooms use slatted bases to support the mattress and allow airflow underneath. There are three options, each offering a different level of strength and comfort.

Standard Slatted Base – 16 Slats

A reliable everyday option for one child.

Best choice if: the bed is mainly used by one child, with only occasional adult use.

Premium Slatted Base – 23 Slats

Offers extra strength and support for families who expect more regular use.

• Maximum distributed weight: 200 kg
• Ideal for older children and occasional parent-and-child use

Best choice if: you regularly sit or lie on the bed for stories, cuddles or bedtime routines.

Deluxe Slatted Base – 28 Flexible Slats

The most comfortable and flexible option.

• 28 flexible slats
• Maximum distributed weight: 200 kg
• Responds to movement and distributes weight evenly

Best choice if: you want maximum comfort, flexibility and long-term durability.
