All LIFETIME Kidsrooms use slatted bases to support the mattress and allow airflow underneath. There are three options, each offering a different level of strength and comfort.
Standard Slatted Base – 16 Slats
A reliable everyday option for one child.

Best choice if: the bed is mainly used by one child, with only occasional adult use.
Premium Slatted Base – 23 Slats
Offers extra strength and support for families who expect more regular use.

- Ideal for older children and occasional parent-and-child use
Best choice if: you regularly sit or lie on the bed for stories, cuddles or bedtime routines.
Deluxe Slatted Base – 28 Flexible Slats
The most comfortable and flexible option.

- Responds to movement and distributes weight evenly
Best choice if: you want maximum comfort, flexibility and long-term durability.

Once your order is ready, our team will contact you to arrange a convenient delivery day and time. We’ll bring your furniture into your home and carry it directly to the room of your choice.
If you’ve selected our professional assembly service, we’ll unpack and build your new bed for you - ideal for bunk beds, mid sleepers, high sleepers, house beds and larger LIFETIME designs.
Once complete, we’ll remove the associated packaging and leave your new bed assembled, tidy and ready to use.
