At Kidsorium, we are pleased to offer FREE Room of Choice Delivery on all orders, unless FREE Installation is included as part of your purchase.

Unlike many furniture retailers, we do not ship directly from Oliver Furniture warehouses, meaning you will not have heavy pallets dropped outside your front door. Instead, our dedicated in-house delivery team will take care of everything for you from start to finish.

Your furniture will be delivered directly into the room of your choice, ensuring a smooth, stress-free experience with the care and attention your home deserves.

• Someone is available to accept the delivery on the agreed date
• Any parking or access restrictions are communicated in advance

Returns Policy

As all Oliver Furniture products are made to order, we are unfortunately unable to accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind.

However, if your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• A brief description of the fault or damage

We will assess the issue promptly and arrange a suitable resolution, which may include replacement parts, repair, or a replacement item where appropriate.
