All LIFETIME Kidsrooms use slatted bases to support the mattress and allow airflow underneath. There are three options, each offering a different level of strength and comfort.

Standard Slatted Base – 16 Slats

A reliable everyday option for one child.

Premium Slatted Base – 23 Slats

Offers extra strength and support for families who expect more regular use.

At 128cm high, the raised sleeping area creates valuable extra space underneath for a play zone, reading corner, desk or occasional guest bed. The integrated staircase offers a safer, easier climb than a traditional ladder, while each step opens to reveal useful hidden storage for toys, books and everyday essentials.

The distinctive My Hangout house roof also acts as an additional protective surround, helping your child feel secure while sleeping up high. Opening windows add an extra element of fun, creating a den-like space children can make their own.

As your child grows, the bed can grow with them too. The raised legs can be removed to transform it into a standard-height single bed, with further conversion possibilities available across the LIFETIME Kidsrooms range.
