When you purchase an Oliver Furniture bed from us, our dedicated in-house delivery team takes care of absolutely everything. We’ll carefully deliver your furniture directly into the room of your choice and professionally assemble your bed for you.

There’s no heavy lifting, no complicated instructions and no need to spend your time putting it together - simply leave it to us.

We take care of everything from start to finish, so you don’t have to lift a finger.

Please note that deliveries to Scotland and Wales are subject to a delivery charge. We will confirm the applicable delivery charge with you before your order is processed.

Returns Policy

As all Oliver Furniture products are made to order, we are unfortunately unable to accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind.

However, if your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Photographs of the issue
• A brief description of the fault or damage

We will assess the issue promptly and arrange a suitable resolution, which may include replacement parts, repair, or a replacement item where appropriate.
